Your website project questions answered

These answers explain the proposed way of working. Your signed proposal and agreement set the scope and terms for your project.

Tell us what you need to know before starting.

Our head office is in India. Meeting arrangements and availability are agreed with you at the start of the project.

Cost depends on the page count, design requirements, functionality, content and integrations. We provide a project-specific proposal after reviewing your brief. Third-party and recurring costs are identified separately.

The timeline depends on scope, approvals, content readiness and external dependencies. Your proposal sets out the planned stages and what your team needs to provide.

We can review the existing site and discuss a focused improvement or rebuild. The right approach depends on its platform, condition and the changes required.

Content writing can be included in scope. Your team supplies business facts and approves the final wording, including technical, regulated and industry-specific claims.

Responsive layouts and agreed device checks are included when specified in the build scope. The proposal identifies any additional testing or accessibility requirements.

Ownership, access and handover are set out in the agreement. Third-party platforms, themes, fonts and plugins may have their own licence conditions.

No fixed lead volume, sales outcome or search position is guaranteed. We agree the intended goals and measurement approach, then assess results in context.

Ongoing care is available as a separately agreed scope. Support hours, response arrangements, inclusions and fees are confirmed before it starts.
