Start with the customer need
Explain the problem addressed in words your audience uses. Avoid opening with a broad description of your company that belongs on the About page.
Explain who the service suits
Identify the relevant audience, use cases and any eligibility or scope limits. This helps visitors decide whether to continue and improves the quality of enquiries.
Describe what is included
Use concrete deliverables or activities. If something depends on the proposal, say so. Distinguish core inclusions from optional additions and ongoing fees.
Show the process
Explain how the work begins, what the customer needs to provide and what happens next. A simple process can remove uncertainty without promising a fixed timeline.
Use evidence responsibly
Include current qualifications, authorised testimonials or verified case studies where relevant. Avoid invented statistics, exaggerated outcomes and guarantees you cannot support.
Finish with a relevant action
A service enquiry button should lead to a form or contact page that recognises the visitor’s interest. Ask for enough context to reply usefully, rather than collecting unnecessary information.
